For a good all comers list, I like it!

You might have trouble in assault, but if you direct your opponent well enough with the strong shooting you have in the list, you can position you librarian to cut the threat down.

Love the Riflemen dreads

Overall it looks ok.

I would really try to get Lascannon Sponsons on the Predators though. Start by removing the HKM's from all your tanks, as they seem cool but they really don't do that much for the price. Then maybe drop a sternguard or 2 for the last few points.

Also, on the sternguard. I would drop the two melter guns and replace them with combi-melters, so you can still take advantage of there special ammo rule. Yes, you can only fire the combi once ... but its very rare that you would fire them more than that anyway.
