Would like to know how people are making haywire blasters. I'm about finished working on my unit of Scourges and need to make two Haywire Blasters for the unit. I've already made shard carbines by shorting splinter rifles and heat lances by taking the Reaver bits and kitbashing them to the old (3rd Edition) DE splinter cannons. The problem is, I'm not coming up with anything decent to make the haywire blasters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend using the disintegrators. I had planned on shoving a couple of the barrels on to spare splinter cannons. You could use them as is or replace the little barrel thing on the end with something vaguely crystal shaped...

Hmm... I've got enough leftover disintegrators for that. Now to get something for the crystal and the bits that sit up front with it.
