Sure no shooting makes dealing with speeders a bitch but no army can touch the level of combat power I have. Well maybe tyranids, pure khorne, or orks but whatever lol. Maybe skarbrand could bite me in the ass, but I no longer fear vehicles moving 12". I can catch them with my speed and now I can hit them.
Thoughts?

Chaos Deamons don't have heroic assault/ csm deamon rules.. that's why I think non-fleet of foot Bloodletters suck.. I'd consider Nurgle as troop choice - his rotten corpses have, fmpov, a lot more staying power for holding objectives.. otherwise I like it, it is a "fast" army after all

Bloodletters add power weapons, I need powere weapons to beat deathwing and such. I know bloodletters are probably the internet's least popular troop choice but they really make the difference sometimes. And they add threats which is always good.

yeah, I would take PBs over bloodletters any day as they refuse to die. sadly with less BLs you'll lack as much of a punch in combat but you wont get shot up too badly. plus they can hold their own pretty well in CC. I would swap the 2 icon units for them with icons as they will stay around long enough to be useful
in place of scarbrand I would roll with a KOS with musk so she can propel herself out of combat and into a further away combat. that also frees up a few points.
I would loose a squad of screemers as they are a suicide unit. I would replace it with a DP with armour and MOS plus musk. sure he's expensive but he wont get blown up when the tank that he's chewing goes boom. you also get some of that punch back from loosing your BLs. the hit and run also allows you to move quickly out of combat and into a new one. if he wins combat he should be able to run down any enemy with a low I value. if you have the points give him pavane so he effectivly has fleet
Just a few ideas

I'd possibly swap the seekers for corndogs, as they act as wannabe fiends, but YMMV. They would perform pretty much the same role anyways here, and although lack of grenades hurts the dogs, I personally lean towards them because of str/t 3 on the seekers.
Keep the screamers, they combo well with skarbrand.
I find it amusing how the internet always fails to understand any list apart from the basic template that is, for whatever reason, considered "the best" for any given codex.
Just because you saw plaguebearers in some dudes list doesnt mean that you gotta stick em everywhere, guys.
It looks good, IMO.

Including a single 5 Man Squad with a Chaos Icon is very nice to have in any army where you are not using up all of your troops for a theme, as they will likely survive the turn they come in, and this allows for you to deploy further units without the risk of DS: dead or DS: corner of the map for the rest of the game!... Plus, it is really cheap!

Mattieu~~~~ It's not that eldar are bad, it's that they require a lot of intergration between units. Also, that doesnt prove anything other than GW has a huge hard-on for marines, and, given the option between making a xeno the best psykers or making a marine the best psyker, they will 9 times out of 10 choose the marine.

The issue is, Jabbdo, that units aren't created equal, and that some lists just can not function the way they're intended to at a competitive level, not because the army's concept is flawed, but because the units selected are not as powerful as units in a standard list.
We all love Swooping Hawks, but if you make a list around them, you'll probably lose 9 games out of 10 at a casual level. Shooty Ork, CC guard and all-horde nid lists are the same. They're cool concepts, they look like they could work, but the rules just don't do them any favors.

It's a great list. Do you plan to take Skarbrand in the second wave? If so you can dictate what part of the battlefield is covered by his special rule, so the 'biting in the ass' part will be less severe. The things hitting before you strike are mostly Dark Eldar and such. They are scary, but you'll have weight in numbers against them.
The only thing that I might change is the squad of 20 Seekers. I can see why you want it, but it has a huge footprint. When your icons are gone they'll have trouble getting somewhere safe. The danger for mishaps is large and with such a large amount of points invested...
Maybe downgrade that squad to 12 Seekers and take another squad of Bloodletters...
Also, I think your math is off on the Letters with Icon: don't they cost 137 per squad of 7? Or am I falsely assuming an icon in that sqaud costs 25 points? (No codex handy)
