I'm growing a little tired of my BT Terminator army, and I'm all crazy for Badab armies these days, so I decided to repaint the Templars.

This is just a base coat tester, but the Foundation Mordian Blue and Deneb Stone really covered well. It shouldn't be any trouble to get the rest of them whipped into Novamarines. Now just 25 more to go!

One of my friends asked "How many Badab armies are you going to do?" after I mentioned 5 or 6 different projects. I think I've settled on two, and a few 500 point mini-forces related to Badab.

What are the overall plans for the scheme? Got a recipe in mind right now? Battle Damage? Basing scheme?

I think if you just knock out the base colors all at once, or at least on a larger than one model at a time scale, your mind might not be completely forfeit by the time you finish the army

That's my plan: to bang out all the base colors at once. There's some detail painted on from before, so they don't look to bad with just the base color (from a distance anyway).

Basing will probably stay the same, but I'll probably add more snow (since they are already sunk in to the mud, not much I can do there).

After that I'm going to need to figure something out, but I'll probably take some ideas from the Razorback I'm doing. I like the Rhino here:
