Does this: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?prodId=prod1060126 count as a big mekk with a KFF? and if not, could I just add 'Orky' bits additions to make it into a KFF?

Yes that is the GW model for the KFF, but the cool things about orks is you can make one your self out of just about anything.
