Thought I would share this video of a real life dreadknight exoskeleton with you all. Its interesting to see that GW's design is actually structurally sound and capable of being built in the real world.

note that I know it isn't a dreadknight but come on, the exoskeleton structure is almost identical.

Yeah, just bulk up the skeleton, load up some armor and weapons and there you go. The movie special effects industry has excellent waldos that they use for remote-controlled animatronics, so the software wouldn't be a problem. Basically, making a lightweight, abundant power source would be the final hurdle.

I think that exoskeleton is actually being designed for the army, exoskeleton which increases stamia, strength, no to mention armour plating and increased stability of heavy weapons such as light machine guns on the move=win
