From "XXX Tactics" to "XXX Tactics and Strategies"

This would be more accurate. It is a small change, but would more accurately reflect the purpose of the forums.

To me tactics infers strategies, making the longer title somewhat redundant in my opinion.

Actually tactics and strategy are two different things. Although many people do use them interchangeably, they are not the same thing.

-Tactic: a device[action] for accomplishing an end.
-Strategy: a plan.

Tactics are the actions one takes to fulfill a strategy. One can discuss tactics without strategy, or strategy without going into the tactics involved. I always thought it was strange that he forum title did not reflect that the section was for both tactics and strategies. The length of the title has little impact, and is simply more precise. I just don't see a reason to exclude the word strategy from the title since the sections are actually used more for strategies than actual tactics anyways.

Strategy is dealt with list-building in the Army List forum. Tactics is already too crowded with Listhammer threads.

While I appreciate the expantion of the PP section I do wonder if this: "Want to discuss Warmachine/Hordes rules interpretations? This is the place. Caution: Can get heated, but also can be informative." is really required? I know the 40k lads can't keep their cool but Warmachine is a different game, literally. I've never seen a Warmachine rules discussion get heated on Dakka so let's not scare anyone off unnecessarily eh?

Something like "noob questions accepted" (but worded better) would be better don't you think?

Also a sticky post with this link: http://privateerpress.com/community/warmachine-and-hordes-mk-ii-official-errata-update would probably be a good idea.
