But is this wrong?

I looked at the new Grey Knight models...not necessarily the recently reviled Dreadknight but more specifically the standard warriors box.

The interceptor squad looks so kicking and the ability seems so boss, all of the standard and termie models look swell...I think i'm being infected by the "Flavor of the Month" bug.

So, is this a good/bad thing? Or a completely neutral thing?

FOTM is when you play the army because it is new.
Liking the odels is fine... I plan on picking up the new Inq. model and a box of PA GK for funsies.
The DE army was the sex when it came out and i still like looking at them...

You like the look of an army? Good for you! Despite the views of some posters on Dakka, how 'good' a model looks is entirely subjective. I hope you have plenty of enjoyment constructing army lists, drooling over models and generally getting exictied.

Personally, there not to my taste, but you should not let that hold you back. Nor should you worry that they are 'flavour of the month'.

I'm restarting them after a few years away, but I really love the models, aside from the Dreadknight, and will own a small force of them myself.

I fully plan on being in the driving seat of the Necrons bandwagon when it rolls around.

Long as there's room on the bench for other evil metal undead players like myself as well. It might be the first time in my personal history that i get sucked in by an armybook or codex, and already have a sizeable army for it

The first few fully converted Necrons are gonna be insane...

I was all up for letting the Grey Knight FOTM thing pass over me, but after seeing the models today in my FLGS (GW Chester) I'm tempted to try and get as few models into 1500 Points as possible just to get some. Sad face :(

I passed up Space Wolves, Blood Angels, Imperial Guard, and Dark Eldar, I think it's time to spoil myself a bit, especially on some very nice models.

I think I've caught this bug too. I'm trying to decide between 2 armies, Grey Knights or Flesh Tearers using the BA Dex.

Anyone care to give suggestions?

Wait for the GK codex to decide, thats my suggestion.

I always loved the GK models and were only prevented from starting an army because the metal models cost so much. I will probably run a Draigo army, the most unfeasable, uncompetitive, and possibly utterly ridiculous army in the game. I will not win battles, but I'll be damned if I dont own any of those models (they just look so awesome).

I'd say neutral. You are wanting a Gk army because you like the models. Nothing wrong with that.

New Inquisitor model??? Where? I haven't seen any new Inquisitor models, although the ability to buy Coteaz alone not as a box was a welcome change for me. But please, I pray thee, where can I find this new inquisitor model?

He must be relatively new to the game, as several of the limited edition inquisitors (especially the Van Helsing one with the plasma pistol and power fist) were released. Anyone who didnt own the book version of the Witchhunter dex wouldn't have known about it (and evne though I own the book, I didnt even know it was a different model until my friend pointed it out).

Still hoping there will be a second wave with some new Inquisitorial stuff, though. Hope springs eternal.
