I would suggest running the Sorcerer with lash. I would split the Chosen into two squads of 5 and give them 5 meltas and a rhino. Have them outflank and you can scare you opponent from hugging the board edges. The noise marines are good, I would also give them a rhino though, it helps their survivability. The bikes are not very good, if you insist on running them give them a melta and thats it so they can hunt tanks but I do not think they are worth it. You also need one more troop choice to make your list legal, it might be easier to run your chosen as normal CSM.

I'd actually run the sorcerer with gifts of chaos and stick him in with the berserkers. There are a couple of things that they might have problems with, such as getting tarpitted. Generally, the tarpit is susceptible to gifts, though, as all you need to do is gifts the commissar, or farseer or MC and it goes away.

With gifts, there is no infantry unit that can seriously give the berserkers guff. Plus, it's hilarious.

He doesnt need another troops choice to make it legal. He's got Noise Marines and Khorne Berzerkers, both of which are troops, so he's fulfilled the minimum requirements.

However, you might consider following his advice and switching those chosen over to a typical Chaos Marine squad. Chaos marines are a very solid troop choice, and are versatile for nearly any combat role. They're great objective holders and takers, they can kill tanks (given the right equipment), basically, they're anything you want them to be. Outfit them for a role of your choice (For this list, I'd say two meltaguns for anti-tank) and then set them to it.

Also, Chaos bikers aren't fantastic. If you stick an Icon of Nurgle in there they become Toughness 6, but that's a spendy upgrade that might be better spent elsewhere.

As for the sorcerer, I typically run mine in Terminator armor with gift and lash and stick him with a squad that's going to see close combat, but I don't run optimal sorcerers and I know it.

There's my 0.02 cents.

Did you mean strategy advice? If so try to play a refused flank with your NM ambling up the flank with Berserkers right behind. Bring your Chosen in two squads and use the money from the rhino for more plasma guns. Bikes, if really needed, to cover your single exposed flank. Give everyone melta bombs if you're fighting tanks.
As you have no heavy support give your sorcerer a familiar make him tzeentch with wind of chaos and bolt of change.

All praise the Omnissiah!
