Had an idea for an Eldar army painted in the Zahr-Hann color scheme, since i hven't seen much fluff on that craftworld I decided to make up my own. Since the paint scheme is earth tone i wanted to make an almost feral themed low-tech eldar army, saying they are going to be from a maidenworld cut off from the rest of Eldar society with very few aspect warriors and the bulk of the fighting force made of storm guardians, figuring that since shuriken catapults are 12" assault 2, I would rather just give them all pistols and close combat weapons.

HQ-

2x Autarches w/ Mandiblasters, Power Weapons, Fusion Blasters (100 ea)
-Autarches will be made using using guardian legs, Dire Avenger Exarch torsoes and arms, with lion cloaks from the High Elf chariot box and bare heads from the High Elf bolt thrower box and silver helm box.

Troops-
6x Squads of Storm Guardians with 19 models, fusion gun and flamer, warlock with conceal (204 ea)

Heavy-
3x Squads of Dark Reapers with 4 models Exarch with eldar missile launcher, fast shot, crack shot (192 ea)

Like I said non-competitive, my friend is making a similar themed Ork army thats incredibly low tech and just a bunch of foot sloggers.

If it's planned for you fighting him, you won't really stand a chance since Guardians don't have a prayer in CC with Orks not if they get a round of shooting off on ya.

I'd change up the Storm squads to have like weapons obviously and the ones you plan to be in the front line to have Melta/Conceal and back rows to be Flamer/Destructor.

Since you are going with a feral theme, a pack of Pathfinders would make perfect sense since they are hunters.

Reapers makes the most sense in the Heavies though I would hardly consider them low tech lol. You can't use fast shot and crack shot at the same time so you are prob better off with a Tempest Launcher. If you typically play with a lot of area terrain then take crack shot, if not take fast shot since you need as many wounds as possible versus an ork horde.
