Well... this isn't the best list to be blunt.

It is rather small, and has some redundant things in it.

Your commander and 3 crisis suits are fine, but I think the rest of your list could use some tuning.

First of all, I think Tau lists are strongest when they take the maximum number of crisis suits, since crisis suits are really one of the only strengths in the Tau codex. I'd suggest a unit of deathrains and one of firestorms.

I would also get rid of one of the devilfish being used by your fire warriors. Your pathfinders don't need their devilfish, so at the beginning of the game they can pass it on the fire warriors.

I would upgrade all your devilfish to have:

Disruption Pods
Smart Missile System
Multi Tracker
Targeting Array

3 Hammerheads are nice, but at 1750 I'd imagine you'd need more than just 3 railguns, so I would suggest getting rid of at least 1 hammerhead for a unit of broadsides.

You didn't specify if you were taking BCs/GDs/SMS on your hammerhead. I'd suggest taking Burst Cannons (if you hadn't already).

Sorry for the brief post, but I'll post a longer, more in-dept reply in the morning.

Suffice it to say that you're going in too many different directions with the list. Generally, if you're running pathfinders I would recommend broadsides over hammerheads. I almost always recommend broadsides over hammerheads, but when you're running pathfinders the need becomes more acute. That's because, with broadsides, you can concentrate more S10 shots at one target than a hammerhead, thus making your markerlight hits more efficient. In your list, in order to nuke a 4+ cover save for all three of your railgun shots, it would take a combined 9 markerlight hits. With a single unit of broadsides it would only take three to achieve the same result, AND your unit of three broadsides would be half the price. So, as a preliminary matter, I would either go with broadsides over hammerheads (I like that option better) or piranha over pathfinders.

Of other note: fire warriors are awful, but kroot aren't so awful, so I generally advise taking more kroot than fire warriors; crisis suits are the best unit in the army. As such, I suggest you take as many of them as you possibly can. Here's the list I run:
