Hi Guys,

Its only couple of weeks until the Grey Knights are released, so I though I would get on with some 'Armour'

Here is my Storm Raven:

a close up of its base:

and the Land Raider (Waiting for the weapons to arrive from GW!)

Thanks for looking !

Very nice. The subtle charring and chipped red give it a nice, worn feel and help keep the flat panels interesting, without having to try and break them up with stark highlights or black-lining. I'm guessing, by the smoothness of the gradients, that an airbrush was involved?

Those colores tripes are awesome, and really give your tanks a striking appearance. The chipping and shading are awesome. My only qualm is that the frag launchers on the front of the raider look unpainted.

nice work on the colored stripes. the only thing i'd recommend is a bit more color on the back side of the landraider to break up all that metallic.

Do you have any pictures of your regular troopers as well?

are they replaced with a different statline or does that version of the stormraven just not get any wing missles? that'd be a strange turn indeed if true. normally, everyone gets the same version of a plastic kit in the same edition although there may be variants when you start spreading them around multiple editions.

Painters tape is what I am guessing. Masking off each layer starting with with red and black.

Just my guess
