This little scenario popped into my head recently, and to my knowledge isn't addressed in the Dark Eldar Codex.

You have a squad of Kabalite Warriors in a Raider. They shoot at a squad and kill all but one of the models. The Raider then kills the remaining model. Does the squad get a Pain Token?

I really think they should. As long as the squad makes the majority of the kills and the transport is dedicated, I don't think it matters. But then, that's why I'm asking you all. Your opinions please =)

No pity! No remorse! No fear!

No, the warriors do not get a pain token. The rule is clear that when "...a unit with this rule destroys a non-vehicle unit..." then the unit gets a pain token.
The warriors didn't destroy the unit, the raider did.
Also the raider does not have the power from pain rule.

What you should have done is shoot with the raider first, then finish the unit off with the warriors to get the pain token.

I have found again and again that in encounter actions, the day goes to the side that is the first to plaster its opponent with fire. The man who lies low and awaits developments usually comes off second best. - Erwin Rommel

No, the rule cares not for who killed the majority of the unit - just for who wiped the unit out. Also, the raider being a dedicated transport has nothing whatever to do with it - it is a separate unit.
