Well, its been a while and i dont have the codex to hand this maybe a shot in the dark, but id go for Bright Lances, and Harlequins are useful. But id also think about Striking Scorpians too, they can hold there own against Marines in CC, no worries. Good luck!

Fire Dragons are totally boss. They will wreck anything that isn't a monolith with no trouble, and can kill Terminators and squads of Marines with FnP very, very easily. Stick them in a wave serpent and drive them around.
Banshees are good in theory, but need a farseer to give them guide, or to doom the target squad. They hit before anything else in the game, and have power weapons which ignore Marine armor. They're only strength 3 though, so they will really need that Farseer support.
Dark Reapers have some AP3 shooting, but they compete with the heavy support slot with Fire Prisms and War Walkers, which are both far better. Squads of three War Walkers with twin Scatter Lasers will devastate anything through sheer weight of fire.

That really depends on what kind of list and tactics your opponent(s) run and what kind you want to run as well. Personally, I've had lots of luck with banshees and fire dragons in close combat and can opening respectively. The key to winning with Eldar is a kind of combined arms strategy with units supporting their buddies. For instance, blast a SM unit with dire avengers, dark reapers or fire dragons and then send in the close combat gurus to finish that unit off. I also like to field units of Vypers and jetbikes to harass opponents with the latter also being used late in the game to grab or contest objectives.

^ see above. Starcannons, starcannons, starcannons. Banshees are awesome against MEQ, and you know, War Walkers can be surprisingly good in groups. Wraithlords are always good.
