I'm becoming more and more convinced that OKCupid has a statistics or some-sort-of-humanitarians doctoral student on their staff that is looking for a thesis.
So from the "Preference for own race vs. random individual of another race" chart, it appears that the Asians are the most ethno-centric, followed by Latinos, Blacks, and way at the bottom, Whites.

Asian women are hotter to asian men because asian men (in asia) have grown up in a culture which favours single race couples over mixed race couples, and vice versa.

I don't think she is gay as so much as she found out she could make money off the gay community but not so much off regular audiences so she started to tailor her persona to play into that. She has the personality of the talented Mr. Ripley and the comic timing of birch wood.

I'd be interested in seeing if the same trends existed in countries with different racial make ups. That is, is it inherently a white thing, or is it part of being the dominant racial group that makes you more inclined to look outside your racial group?
