Are Stegadon attacks magic ?
What about Impact hits ?
Stomp ?

A skink priest on Ancient stegadon, does he have some kind of level bonus ? "It´s a old book."

what on earth leads you to believe any of these to be true? the age of the book has nothing to do with it.

Well for starters, page 55 states that a skink priest with the engine counts as 1 wizard level greater than he is (although this has been Eretta'd here: http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1610148a_FAQ_Lizardmen_V1_3.pdf), which accounts for his fourth question.

The previous 3 can come from how the skink priest is a wizard. There was no need for the venomous tone.

As for the questions:

1) No, they are not. A model's attacks are mundane unless they use a magic weapon or are otherwise specified as magical.
2) See 1)
3) See 1) or 2)
4) See the FAQ - A skink priest on an ancient stegadon (known as an engine of the gods) no longer counts as 1 wizard level higher; instead he gets +1 to his casting and dispel attempts.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
