Honestly, kind of bog standard. Drop two hydras for another chimera with meltavets, and drop the plasma pistols and the OoTF, they don't really do much.

*Shrug* Pretty standard guard list to be honest, just read all the other mechanized lists and go off that.

Not sure why you would have me drop the hydras for a melta-vet unit, I already have 6 meltaguns for AV 13+ which is the only reason to take meltaguns.

9 TL lascannon
6 BS 4 meltas
quite enough for heavy tanks imo

24 TL autocannon shots
12 multilaser shots
2 battlecannon shells
For light tanks

Plasma pistols do help the plasma squad, not alot, but theyre only 10 points. OotF I could potentially see dropping, but what would I do with the 30 points?

Thanks for the suggestions!

It might just be a matter of style, but to me it looks like you're very light on troops and spend excessively on armor. Tanks are astonishingly delicate in the right circumstances and when such things inevitably happen there is only so much that 36 men can do.

What Blacksails said is pretty much right and I'd say the same. You do indeed have 6 meltas but you haven't considered that it's 3 per unit meaning you have two melta units. You do indeed have 24 autocannon shots, but that is split between two units. The point is you haven't got enough fire power spread over multiple units which means you can only use thsoe meltas on two targets a turn max same with the Hydras so no good having buckets of fire power if you can only fire at minimum targets.

I would agree, you're a little light on troops choices, and may be spending too much on toys. It's a standard leafblower Guard list...
