Thinking of making an Imperial Guard army with a Peninsular British feel. Probably using Perry or Victrix heads on Cadian bodies.

The problem comes in the size difference, from what I understand the Napos look like, well, 28mm humans rather than the hydrocephalic dwarves of GW's "Heroic Scale".

How off will the heads be? Does anyone have experience with fixing this?

As long as you don't mix in GW heads, it shouldn't look too bad at all, cadian heads are pretty big.

Although I've got none of the vitrix/perry mini's myself so I could be utterly wrong

Don't know if that could work. Some of the Victrix heads, especially the ones without hats, are just half the size of a cadian head. Make sure you get the prportions right.

I did the same thing, mixing Catachan/Cadian/Victrix heads.
