In the eighties, I might have been excited about the sculpts, but now Perry Miniatures offer better Samurai stuff for years.

True, but there's not much out there for Samurai anymore outside of the Perry's and Old Glory. Options are good.

I note that Riceball are concentrating on Samurai for fantasy, so they can be allowed some leeway with the design.

Dixons Miniatures have been providing quality samurai for decades.
