I have been toying with the idea of a custodes force, for show purposes. Brutally expensive I know, but I may sell my sister to pay for it, not the dog, the dog can stay. I just found this fellow on Scribor, and he made me think of the Emporer, anyone else think that this mini really does fit the bill?

He is claimed to be the "Cezar of Rome" so is probably Scibor's Not-Emperor.

I thought that was basically supposed to be the Emporer. Very nice mini too.

But yes, that model could very well be made into an Emperor. Also I believe Scibor has their miniatures at a slightly larger scale than GW, so that would mean that the Emperor would really stand out among GW-scaled conversions (I'm assuming your Custodes here are GW-scaled). It also makes sense, considering, y'know.... he's the God-Emperor of Mankind and all that.

But mini representing the Emperor is in a sceneic base, on that head, but I don't know whether that would stick out like a sore thumb and look odd.
