I'm stuck. I've hopped on google to find a few pointers, but the syntax differs from board to board.

Can anyone direct me to a guide for linking to posts using dakkas format? I want to make th first page of my P+M blog a contents page with links to other posts throughout the thread.

Look at a given post, then look at the timestamp in the top left of the post. To the left of the timestamp is a little 'page' icon. Right click on it, and 'copy link location' to get the URL that will link to that specific post.

Hole-lee-crap.

How did I not know that yet? I've been doing the much more difficult method of either creating a search or just looking through the list of posts by a user (which are basically similar) and then finding the post in particular I wanted and clicking on the 'go to that post' link, which then loads up a page with that post address in the URL (which I then copy).

That is soooooooo much easier!

I'll have to put that in the Dakka FAQ for people to know about.
