In my codex is says he can take two weapons or two of the same weapon and be twin linked. My army builder only lets me choose one weapon or a twin linked one.... My codex is right isnt it? duh right?

On what possible planet would army builder override the codex?
I'm pretty sure he was just asking to make sure he didn't lose his mind, or read the rule incorrectly.
