I wasn't that interested in the new GK codex... but after reading your list, there are tons of stuff I want to look up.

Ol' Blighty

paladins- souped up 2 wound GK's.
the inquisitors have same stats, just different options.
dreadknight is a trygon-size one of these piloted by a TAGK:

interceptor squad are teleporting (jump infrantry) PAGK's.
daemonhammers are TH's that strike in initiative order.
plasma syphons mean any enemy plasma weapons fired withing 12" of it count as BS1.
needle pistols are poisoned AP2 pistols.
nemesis warding save gives that model 2++ in CC.
hammerhand is +1S psychic power.
rad and psykotroke grenades are good, psykotroke is one of the "roll a D6, and look at the table below" weapons.
libbies w/ mastery level 3 are, in effect, tigirius's with options, TDA, SB but no SR's.
psybolt ammo is +1S to every bolter, bolt pistol, heavy bolter, assault cannon, autocannon and storm bolter in that unit.
warp rift is a flamer psy power.
summoning lets a non-vehicle squad to GoI within 6" of the libby.
halberds are NFW's with +1I.
any more?

From what I can see your list looks good, but you can't really tell until they are released.

Lost in the Warp....

your list has problems, you have too much points on the librarian smite is a worthless power as it is only strength 4, the dreadknight needs to be aimed for either combat or shooting not both. Drop the paladins as you need more troops you only have 10 scoring models, even though they are terminators plasma will kill them.

Same list, different army

I'd get rid of the dreadknight, it might have been viable if it still had the leaked codex stats (t7 and a 4++) but it got nerfed, and now the psyfleman trumps it in every way.

How many paladins are there in that squad? 4? Why not 5 and 2 psycannons?

It would really help if you included unit sizes and upgrades in the post, so we don't have to guess how many guys are in a squad and how many of them are carrying halberds etc

The librarian doesnt really bring much to the list, and he's got a whole gakload of upgrades he doesnt need. I'd drop him, or at the very least trim the fat off him (you dont need mastery level 3, and some of the powers are crap).

The inquisitor is useless, period. If you want one, keep him cheap with minimal upgrades, or just take Coteaz (for cheaper than you're current inquisitor ), so you're henchman squad is scoring.

Different special weapons is a bad idea on the henchmen, no matter what you're shooting, one weapon will be useless. The whole squad seems a bit mismatched anyway, what is it trying to be? A fire support squad? CC counter attack? Its a shoddy mix of both, and cant really do anything.

I'd swap the terminators for strike squads so you can put more bodies down, but YMMV.

"Dire Avengers are even great in close combat, I mean, an Exarch with a Diresword can even take down a Carnifex!!"

EUROCHEESE - You can smell it.

strike squads aren't scoring units, that'd be illegal- only one troop choice.
libby lets me DS a dreadknight in next to him if he/it is in trouble.
strike squads are for last-minute contesting/general nuicance as most firepower is concentrated towards the big stuff.
inquisitor lets me lay down a 3+ to hit, 2+ to wound AP2 pistol shot, a S5 force weapon, 3+ sv and pretty awesome fluff for 93pts.
I might take ff one of the grenades and hammerhand...but a MEQ army's main weakness is plasma weapons- syphon lets me null them in a 12" radius.
the dreadknight can teleport in next to the libby, has a large blast S6 AP4 weapon, force weapon, and has 3 wounds and T6. Him next to a captain/warboss/farseer/chaos lord? He'd win. For probably less points.

I'll try and shave a bit here and there to squeeze enough points for a 5th paladin or chimera...which?

henchmen give me a 15pt twin power-sword wielding USR'ing assassin for combat support, 3++/power weapon wielding crusaders for combat support and taking the invulnerables, acolyte I already have a model for and more CC support...I might take off 2 of the acolytes with special weapons...

I'll trim off smite, but my libby can pull a dreadknight next to him, have a flamer-template power which, if you fail an init test, you die to, and give his paladins +1S.

I'll go edit my stuff.

Strike squads are scoring units, you're thinking of Interceptor squads, which are the teleporting fast attack choice.

That's what I meant.- I wouldn't have mentioned them if they weren't in my list.
