I am starting to really get in to the imperial guard and out of all the models I have seen, the FW tallarn snipers look so friggin awsome- wish they would add troops too. But I was wondering where I could go to look for more information about these guys?

There's a mediocre Black Library book on them, titled "Desert Raiders." They also make an appearance in one of the Ciaphus Cain books, "The Traitor's Hand," IIRC.

Their newest fluff has a page in the current 5th Ed guard codex. Also Imperial Armour III: Taros Campaign focusses on Tallarn guard vs Tau. "Desert Raiders", as Ogiwan says, is pretty poor...
They're based on WW1 British sponsored Arab rebels such as seen in that famous ol' movie Lawrence of Arabia.
