So first, one question: can Psychic Hoods even be used against force weapons? If so, continue below.
Second, if they do affect force weapons, if a Grey Knight squad wounds an enemy and uses Brotherhood of Psykers to activate their force weapons, does the psychic hood need to be used for every single wound caused, or just once, stopping all further instant death effects?

I imagine that it need only be used once to prevent all activation of force weapons, since there is essentially only one activation. If I remember rightly, the Justicar more or less activates the psychic power, does he not?

[QUOTE=Grey Knight codex, page 21
...The unit counts as a single psyker...
*A Grey Knight unit uses the leadership of its Justicar or Knight of the Flame (if he is alive), or the unit (if he is dead) for Psychic tests...
So no, the entire unit counts as using the power.

The whole unit counts as using the power, but the power is only used once right? As in a single Psychic Test?
If they only take one Psychic Test then you only get to use the hood once and it's all or nothing. If they take multiple tests, then the hood gets used multiple times.
The hood gets used whenever someone uses a power, and a power is used once it's Psychic Test has been passed. If the hood is successful then it counters any power associated with that Psychic Test.

There is only ONE single psychic test for their Force Weapon attack, per unit / per phase. If you pass that test then all of their attacks cause ID
There is only ONE chance for you to stop it with the hood.
