So, this is probably a really basic question, but what do people refer to when they say saves are 2++, for example? I know a 2+ save is successful on a 2 or better. Does the extra plus stand for an Invul? A reroll?

It means it's an invul.

It stands for Invuln save.

not really.

Rerollable X+ is how i would write it(X=the save value)

Just don't refer to a rerollable armor save as a model wearing "twin linked" armor.
