I have 100 orks with slugga and choppa which i now want to have shootaz.

only problem is I don't have any shootaz, so any ideas for conversions/other army gunz or anything which would help me get 100 of my 180 orks to have some shootaz.

I should mention I play a true tide, 182 models in 1500 points, I used to run them all with slugga and choppa but I have caved to pressure and decided that I need some shooting support

a long plastic rod with holes drilled out of it and glued to the barrel of the slugga. Easiest way I can think of, although it will look a bit awkward.

Well, you can pick up bolters pretty cheap, but they're a little small for Orks. If you asked me a couple months ago I had about 20 sets of shoota arms i would've been happy to sell you! Check the swap shop here on Dakka.

aluminum tubing is also cheap and easy to work with. Check your local hardware store.
