Greetings to what is currently on my to do list ( except ladies. Booyah! ) .

This blog will be updated randomly, so don't hold your breath, time is not something I have a lot, so updates there will be, when, no one knows.

To start, here's what I'm working on today:

This big guy will be painted in a Raven Guard scheme, with hopefully as little freehand as possible, because them birds are nasty to paint.

And these two lovely fellows will be painted in a black legion theme. I'm not sure they're used to be Slaanesh, but the client said to paint de skin pinkish flesh to tie-in with models he already had. The dying imperial astartes will be in ultramarines scheme.

And, here's what I did this morning.

No painting yet, as I'm waiting on some other models for the same army so I can paint them all at the same time ( using multiple brushes in the same hand, like a ninja, of course. )

So I'll update this some time later, hopefully I'll be done with all 3.

Have a good giggedy.

End of the day pictures. Got wayyyy less work done than I expected. Anyways:

The Ironclad is 90% finished... Little tidying up to do, as well as adding iconography decals somewhere - don't know yet where and giving it a coat of matt varnish.

The daemons are far from finished, I didn't get a chance to work on them that much. Got the black armor pretty much done and most of the bases. Should finish these guys tomorrow.

Upcomming project: A blood Angels Razorback Spam Army. Got something like 20 Marines and 10 tanks, all magnetized. Should get my hands on the models tomorrow.

Have a good one!

The Demon Princes are both finished.

The Ironclad guy is done. I think I'll get another to do for this army soon, IIRC he plays with 2 of them and was quite fond of the workI did for it.

I've also had the time to complete some Deathwing Termis that will eventually form a ready to sell army:

And I received the Blood Angels lot. The guy I'm painting them for had a weird mishap with red primer which turned out pink on some parts. Not being a happy painter from the start, this was all it took to send me the whole army to paint. Here it is as it currently stands, before any work done:

So stay tuned for progress on the BA, I really enjoy painting red.

Progress on the Blood Angels Front:

Done basecoating the whole army. I might add more weathering, not sure yet. I'll get work done on the infantry today.

And I've also painted this guy up. Ephaestus the Librarian, Leader of the Parking lot. Or some other grand title.

The basing is not completed, because the whole army will be on custom resin bases and I don't have a Hero-themed one yet.

C&C Much welcome, I feel like Gollum posting for myself

An army I painted just won the Adepticon Team Tournament Best Army presentation ( One forth of the team actually ). I will try posting pictures this week.

This is no real update, but I'm really happy about this, even though I just painted 1 of the 4 winning army.

Later!

Quick update:

Found some pictures of the Adepticon Army so I thought I would post them. I didn't paint the battle Wagon or the Kopta, and all conversions were done by the client. I only painted them because he was moving in a new house and the wife had his time managed for him.

On a side note. I finished the Blood Angels roughly an hour ago. They are hitting a tournament tomorrow so I'll post pictures after that. They took 3 days from start to finish, I'm pretty happy about that.

Later

Here is the finished Parking lot of Blood Angels. It's 99% complete, I still have a couple of touch-ups to do.

Hope the link works.

This is pretty much it for now. Got touch ups to do and probably work on more resin bases, getting terminator size an a " Hero-esque " terminator .

As usual, it's cool to have this much feedback Haha

I really love the work you did with the marines, and might be interested in getting some work done depending on the price.

Is the airbrushing really what allows you to paint so quickly, or you are just a very good and dedicated painter?

By the way, I also love the orks you painted up.

I explain the painting process here:

http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/361464.page#2695446

It's actually both airbrush and dedication. Line painting plays a great part in speeding things up, something that I cannot explain in any logical sense, but just happens to work. It can really be a motivation killer, doing 1 color on 10 tanks and 20 models before doing the highlight of that same color again on the models... This is a true test of sanity. I can manage this fine, and it saves an incredible amount of time. I wouldn't advice this technique for someone who paints for the fun of it though.

I could seriously write a novel about this, I love talking about painting minis.

Drop me a PM or e-mail about what you had in mind for a project, and we'll work out prices and delay.

On another note, I just started the 2nd Ironclad for the raven Guard, and the 6 Drop pods for the army. Pictures tomorrow as I can't get the lights right tonight.

Thanks for the support!

First non commission work posted here.

This is one of GW's new resin models, DA FINECAST! Unlike what I saw elsewhere on the net, all 50 or so models I got are in the same shape as the metal ones used to be, but with sdifferent stuff. Anyways, the commissar required very little green stuff ( only filling on the cap where the model was held ).

Still have the bolter to do, as well as tidying up some parts... and obviously adding a base. It's the first time in 5 years i try my hand at NMM, the dying trend, so it's not that great IMO.

What I expect ( look forward to? ) in Finecast miniatures, is models with a mold specifically designed for Resin casting, not the recasts we are getting now. I think the Dark Eldars, Tomb Kings and Necrons will be the true measure of GW's change.

Please don't flame on my painting blog.

Hello Blog,

After chatting a couple of times with Les ( Awesome Paintjob ) and fellow hobbyists, I thought I'd poste a couple of pictures.

Drop pods for the Ravenguard:

2nd Ironclad

I did all infantry as well, I just don't have pics yet. I just completed a Nurgle Daemon Prince, so I'll update tomorow, as well as a Salamander-esque army which i painted in the last month.

Also, check out the city-themed resin bases. Set of 10 25mm ( Standard Infantry )

A quick army I did a short while ago. It's 1500 points, and I'm still undecided if I want to sell it as it is or getting it up to 2500 for Ard Boyz in August ( Yes, if I'm Ard Boyz-ing, I'm Ardboyz-ing with a fully painted army, I'm that much of a nerd. )

Whole Army:

Vulkan:

Drop Pod and Ironclad:

Rhinos:

Mr Cool Fig Sarge:

Assault Terminators:

You can get a bunch more pictures here: Does this link work?

Thanks for checking them out! Feel free to comment!

Nice latest army you got there. And nice work on the one you currently have for sale.

Your work is still impressive and you manage great results really quickly. Good job.

I never went through contacting you for some commission work, but recently move to the same city you live in, and might be able to discuss this further in the future.
