Not sure if this is the right place for this but, looking into acquiring some Space Wolves as a 2nd army.

What I'm looking for is a somewhat balanced army of say 1500 points, and maybe a slight explanation as to why the particular choices (within reason, I know why you'd take Long Fangs or a Rune Priest etc).

Any help would be great as I don't really want to go buying models I'm never going to use.

I know there's plenty of lists to look at on here, however most of them come fully abbreviated and as someone with limited knowledge of the army, hard to read shorthand for selections I've never used.

You might be better served looking in the tactics section and starting a discussion there after reading some of the items and articles on SW tactics.
