Subject: Scything talon and assaulting vehicle, huh?
Simple, can you reroll any to-hit of 1 with a pair or reroll all failed to-hit when assaulting vehicle (be it walker, jetbike, tank, skimmer etc) Some say the reroll-rules only works on vehicle with Weapon Skill like Walker.

Also, just for clarification, jetbikes are not vehicles.
