Hey, sorry in advance if this is in the wrong spot but I felt it was indeed history of the 40k Universe even if it's my own self written fluff, plus, it didn't seem to quite fit anywhere else.
Well let's get down to it, shall we?
I play Eldar and I game with a friend of mine who is Dark Eldar (we mix it up sometimes as he has 1500 of Sisters of battle & Deathwing). We play for fun and that's what my army list consists of. It may not be a tournament winner but by god is it fun to play, so I thought I'd give it more background by giving it extra fluff. Opinions accepted but I just really wanted to share my work with more people. Thanks! Enjoy!

Haunted by visions of fallen brothers and sisters the bitter, grief stricken Eldar of the Higher Plain strive to unite their empire and crave an ending to the farce that is the Imperium of Man. Led by the powerful Farseer Kariden, a gifted and mighty Farseer capable of powers unimaginable to the human mind, these lone Eldar are a force to be reckoned with... Tales of old tell of a Kariden, a descendant of Eldrad Ulthran, fleeting into battle commanding formidable amounts of Eldar, but, the Farseer has neither confirmed nor denied such tales. The Farseer doesn’t command alone though. There is a second in command ready to take liege should the Farseer fall. Prince Commander Dawnlight. Hailing from Iyanden he has partaken in many battles, the most famous being the Tyranid Hive Fleet Kraken invasion. Commanding units alongside his friend and Prince alike, Yriel, Commander Dawnlight is an influential Autarch and respected leader.

Having followed the Path of the Seer with great succession and with an unexplained, mysterious relationship with Eldrad Ulthran, Farseer Kariden had strong alliances with the Eldar of Craftworld Ulthwé. However, Ulthwé’s forces were needed elsewhere meaning, sadly, Ulthwé is no longer able to assist. But, sharing the same goal as Biel-Tan and their leader Farseer Taldeer the Higher Plain Eldar can request troops from this army if needed, however, despite these alliances, the Higher Plain Eldar are short of allies.

The Craftworld of Corrupted Perception has been long lost in the Eye of Terror with the homeworlds of fellow Eldar alike. Now inhabited with Daemons and Chaos there is no hope of returning to the place they once called home, thus confining them to Real Space and what little is left of the Warp.

Having a recent spot of bad luck with the Dark Eldar of the Kabal of the Bloodied Moon, the Farseer and his Warhost are currently at war with the respectable Lady Severen and the Sisterhood she commands on Commoragh. Unable to pull free from Lady Severen’s clutches this Warhost are trapped on Commoragh until either army falls.

The following is an account of Eldar in the Warhost of the Higher Plain.

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k.                                                                                                       Rule #1
