Is there anything preventing a Haemonculus from purchasing two webway portals? I'm not sure if I missed any general rule against duplicate wargear. I was just wondering whether the same model could deploy a portal on turn 1, and then another one on turn 2. Thanks.

I don't understand what the difference would be between taking a webway portal and a liquifier gun or two webway portals. Whenever I went trick-or-treating and the house would say take two of the following pieces of candy, I'd double up on Butterfingers.

Do it say "including two of the same"? No? Then it doesnt let you take two of the same.

Ref: rhinos and extra weapons. You can take "any" of the following. Are you now saying you can have 200 stormbolters on a rhino? How about daemonic gifts? I'd love S10 heralds.

Unless you are explicitly given permission you can only take an item ONCE

Even if you could take two webway portals (which you can't), you could only use one.

The webway portal entry says that "Once per game..." a model with a portal may activate it.

What is odd is that the Webway portal is listed as archane wargear in the Haemonculus entry but in the codex it is listed under "other equipment" and not under "archane wargear".
