Hey guys this is another game that I played with a buddy. I played my Mech eldar for the first time in about 5 months. Hope you enjoy.

Just fyi, immobilized vehicles aren't kill points. You must wreck or destroy a vehicle to get a kill point from it.

Excellent report, exactly what I look for in a 40k video.

Interesting report. A lot of stand back and shoot. It looks like your opponent only earned 3 kill points: 1 Wave Serpent, 1 FD squad and one Fire Prism. In hindsight, it appears if you could skirt the ranges of the Long Fangs and focus on the Razorbacks would have served you well; relatively easy kill points.

It's always a challenge against 18+ missile launchers with a great field of fire. Surprised as many Eldar tanks survived as they did.

Again, interesting report. Thanks for sharing.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Interesting game, indeed!

Longfangs are mechdar's worst nightmare, but I think in your game you should've played on the strength of a 60" range gun sooner than you did. Deploying your Prisms away from your opponent's longfangs and placing your Serpents in a way that they give your Prisms cover from lascannon fire would have served you better, I think. Then going after the Longfangs with Prism AP3 blasts(even 1 or 2 dead per turn are a big help, you basically allowed them to shoot at you full strength whole game) and after the Razorbacks with Scatterlasers.

Longfangs are simply way too dangerous to ignore for any army, no matter the mission/deployment, but I guess you know that after this game!

haha I did learn that indeed. My thought was to just stay away. He had his long fangs back a little to far which allowed me to hug the table edge and stay out of range. After looking back on the report, I should have deployed all 7 of my skimmer on the table edge. Turn 1 I could have turbo boosted my fire dragon squads toward a couple tanks while just staying out of reach of his long fangs with everything else. Live and learn =)

Glad you guys are liking the reports. Keep checking back for more! Thanks for the great comments!
