I got a box of SM Snipers and I want to paint their cloaks in multicam color. So does anyone know what citadel paints are the closest match to the colors of multicam? Thanks

You're going to struggle to make that work at such small scale, without it looking a mess. Increasing the size of the camo pattern is also going to be a pain, as those abstract white and dark brown blobs might look a bit iffy.

Dark Brown - Dark flesh/scorched browns
Other Browns - Increase mix of bleached bone.
Greens - Snot green with a touch of bleached bone for the grass green, again adding more bleached bone for lighter shades.

3 colour paint job. Win.

Think about basing with a midtone and highlighting it before applying a camo scheme, as without any depth camo can look strange on cloaks.

Tamiya makes camo kits that you can buy at some hobby stores. Alternatly you can look into the Flames of War paint kits.

Cool, I'll give it a try and see what happens.
