I have two questions regarding transports and how the troops disembarks

1st: If you disembark from a normal transport (rhino, trukk, etc) after he moved 6 or 12 inches, the disembarking troops are able to shoot. That means that you are able to play these troops in the shooting phase. Since runnung is taking place in the shooting phase, can these troops that just disembarked run?

2nd: The ork trukks have the turboBoost ability if I recall correctly. But when you turbo boost, can you disembark the troops inside the trukk? Because turboboost says that you cannot do anything after using it except going to ground. I know that a transport after moving at cruising speed can disembark his troops but these troops cannot assault except if it is an assault tank. But does this apply if the transport just used turbo boost?

Yes

Trukks cannot turbo boost, they move flat out. A vehicle cannot move flat out in the same turn it plans to have a unit embark or disembark. Check the rules under fast vehicles.

EDIT:
Just looked it up now, it actually states that passengers may not embark onto or disembark from a fast vehicle if it has or is going to move flat out that turn. Different order of words, same meaning.

No, only bikes and jetbikes may 'turboboost'. Trukks are neither. They are FAST vehicles.
FAST vehicles get access to "Flat out" speed (which is more than 12". Doesn't matter if it's only 18" or 24") which means they cannot shoot weapons (unless otherwise noted), or disembark troops (without a special rule).

Ork Trukks are FAST and open topped.
If the Trukk moves at Cruising speed or less (12") then the passengers can disembark shoot and assault due to the 'open topped' rule. They may run instead of shooting, but may not assault unless fleet if they do so.
If it moves Flat out (over 12" - unless it also has 'red paint job' in which case the limit is 13" for Cruising) then the passengers MAY NOT disembark or shoot and may not assault.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
