Looks pretty good except your BSB is illegal. The dwarf BSB can't take extra mundane equipment so no great weapon for him. Also, if you give him a runic banner he can't have runic armor or the other way around, so if you choose to go with runic armor then no runic standard. The most common BSB build is with runic armor that has gromril and resistance on it with a non-runic banner. I would also consider giving the runesmith a shield instead of a great weapon.

Looks OK, great foundation a couple questions though. Why no runes on the war machines? A cannon without forging? May as well be Empire or Skaven. What sets dwarfs apart from those low lifes is our attention to craftmanship and runes which increase the dependability of our war machines. Cannon plus forging is a must and burning is nice too for Hell Pits and the like. As for the grudge throwers I don't leave home without rune of accuracy, penetration is nice too.
Thunderers are nice but an Organ Gun will usually do what they can do at range, I'd be tempted to make Quarrellerrs. As for the warriors my cup of tea is great weapons but shields work, as long as hammerers are nearby. The lack of a real hammer type unit other then the hammerers ironically, kind of bothers me, the war machines are great but I think you are lacking hitting power in combat. Shield dwarfs are OK but man that S5 from GW is crazy, I will easily get just shy of 20 kills from a round of combat when I have them horded against WS 3 T3 models.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Hargus's advice is sound. Swapping the thunderers will net you some tooled up warmachines and perhaps a master engineer.

Yep you got it. Cannon with forging and burning if you can. GT with accuracy and penetrating if you can, if you want to take 2 add a burning to 1 to make it cheap and unique as you can't have the same runes on the same war machines. If taking 2 a Master Engineer is a nice option but it's hard at this level. Even 2 GTs are tough to take at this point level runed up, you maybe better off with 1. Standard engineer are pretty nice, they can save that runed up 130pt war machine.

Looks pretty good. Your group may be more relaxed, but most lists are illegal at even 1 point over the limit. I like your characters, I like your set ups. My only concern is that you might have problems protecting so many war machines. Might be wiser to drop one, spread those points into upgrades (like rune of forging or burning, and especially a rune of stone on your runesmith).
I'm also slightly more a fan of crossbows these days, though thunderers may do just fine for you.
Despite this advice, I'm interested to see how someone would do with un-upgraded war machines. It occurred to me in my last game that my grudgethrower set up actually ran 170 points. For that value, I could get two grudgethrowers with no upgrades and points left over...

I hear ya RZ, I think Forging is a no brainer on a cannon though, and as for a GT I really recommend accuracy at least, throw a burning on 1 if you take 2 to make them unique and if you take 2 consider an ME, rerolling scatter dice and artillery dice is win.

Low Lifes? Yeah I hate Empire & Skaven but they're better than Dwarfs...

Depends how you mean better, both those armies have better mobility but neither of them can match the firepower of dwarf war machines or the dwarfs high leadership and high durability.
