They got some good replay value though. If you find them too hard, put them on Insane.

Personally if I play a game for 10 hours and enjoy every minute of it, then I am happy. People spend hundreds of hours grinding and killing the same creatures over and over. I really liked Dead Space 1 & 2. I bet I played them both all the way through 5 times.

Play more Final Fantasy and go for 100% completion??

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I wouldn't say an 8-12hr campaign is "short"

First playthrough of Deadspace 2 took me about 10 hours I believe, was a pretty good length imo.

First playthrough took me 15 hours, but that was because I was on Zealot and had to eventually lower the difficulty. Still haven't played through on Hardcore, mostly because I don't have the time to do it; having only one day off because work is down 3 people is pretty harsh on the gameplaying time.

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

I have not had a chance to play deadspace 2 (CURSE YOU GAMEFLY) but I really enjoyed the first game.

Simply put it was everything RE5 failed to be IMO.

Tbh even at 10 hours the game was starting to pall. The only 'highlight' well switch up in difficulty/pace was the introduction of the ubermorph towards the end. One problem i had with it was that even me, who is far from a completionist or indeed skilled gamer, found at least ~45 of the powernodes sans Faq. Same with the audio logs, the collectables simply were not well hidden. Another weird thing is that due to the player weighted 'random' ammo generation if i had never bought another gun bar the cutter (which in hindsight is the best gun) i would have had a much easier time of it.

You know what my most anger inducing moment of the game was?

Unlocking how to find Peng, and then skipping it, only finding out what I skipped after I beat the game......

THat's a good 10,000 dollars I should have had.........

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.
