Sorry for the wall of txt. I have never seen the deathwind launcher in action before, it does have a large blast but really short range. If you take off the PF and the deathwind launcher on the sterguard and give them all combi-meltas you can pop more tanks like that (2 in one go if you combat squad them when the jump out of the DP). Idk what TR is but I do like scouts! they are even better with Telion! But why not leave them as a 5 man squad? They will be hard to kill already when they are in cover and you can use the points for some thing else! To get the most out of Tac I would give them a Razerback (the TL-HB Razer, its really cheap for what it does!). For your first Tac, put the MG in the Razer and do whatever you plan for them. Do this and your ML can now stand back and shoot the whole time (or whats even better, trade the ML for a LC! it's only 10pts!). I would do the same thing for the other Tac! I would not give Tacs CC weapons, they are much better at range! They have special rules that are ment for them to avoid CC (Combat tactics, ATSKNF) Land speeders are cool and Typhoons are even cooler! But why not just take 2 and take a scout biker squad with 3 grenade launchers, cluster mnes, and a PF? Sorry they are just an awsome unit! Well once again i'm sorry for the wall of txt.
