I have 4 genestealers, 9 and a 1/2 termaguants, and about 100$

What kind of Tyranid army do you want? Hoard, lots of monstrous creatures, an all deep striking list... There's a few ways to build a Tyranid army.

Pretty sure if you shop around on the internets you can find a battle force + codex for around 100.

I was hoping for a hoard kinda Loki
and i have the codex zug
so the battle force would be good but what after that

A HQ Unit so you have a legal, but small army. I'd suggest a warrior prime first. Tyrant if you like giant things and psychic powers.

If you want a horde Tyranid Army you are going to need Tervigons which sadly they dont have a model for but it can be converted from a carnifex. Hive guard is always a must because they are the best andti tank unles your facing landraiders. It would be a pretty good idea to just start with the codex actually, look over it really well and decide how you want your army to look and then you can decide for yourself what you need next.

Also Tervigons are HQ's and troops...so that might be a good idea for a Legal HQ too
