Surprising amount of heavy firepower -- equivalent of 10 BS4 MLs versus armor (T/L Psyflemen), Always 12 psycannon shots from Termies, 6-12 psycannon shots from the Interceptors.
If you get first turn, give either DK or Interceptor squad stealth depending on if there's an AV14 vehicle on the table if you roll a 1 for Grand Strategy, if you roll a 3 give it to the DK, and the two Interceptor squads, then combat squad the 10 man squad for a total of 4 things assaulting anything they can T1.
If you don't get first turn, give the Termies scout so that on your T1 you're already Deployment + 12 inches up the table and able to shoot.
The only way the army survives is with decent terrain coverage, so if you get stuck on a table that resembles a dinner plate with a mound of peas in the corner, it's no longer a take all comers list, it's a 'shoot me to death' list. Get the Termies into cover with shrouding for 3++ versus shooting and just hang out until you can make assaults of opportunity. GM and Libby can both suck the first few plasma shots, so just prioritize anything with lascannons/lances early and hope for the best. Dreads can take cover behind Termies and keep shooting.
