I am seriously considering attending the Nova open, but it will really only be economically viable for me if I am able to find a group of (ideally 3) people to go with. That way we can split one room four ways, so that a 5 night stay in the hotel will only cost $219 per person (taxes included).

With the GT badge being $35, and the 40k tournament $65, this puts the total cost @ $319 + transportation per person. I would be willing to car pool down there, but I would also consider flying, or even taking a train (if that is even possible).
