Can an armour save be better than 1+? So is a saurus old-blood (4+ scaly skin) on a cold one (+2 as), with a shield (+1 as) with heavy armor (+2 as) able to have an 6+ as against a str 10 attack?

In 7th you could, however in 8th edition the best you can have is a 1+ armor save.

Well... if you wanted to start an argument, WoC can by way of Eye of the Gods. (unless they FAQ'd it)
One of the gifts is +1 to your armor save to a minimum of 0+. I wouldn't recommend trying to argue it, but theoretically the army book is more specific than the rule book, so you would have a case.


But yea, listen to HoverBoy. 1+ ist the best you can get.
