Here are the new Grey Knights trays from Battlefoam. They just Went up on the site today.
1 Land Raider 3 Dreadknights 4 Rhino

Interesting. I think with all the crazy dynamic posed marines, many will be too wide for those standard trays, however...
It would be nice to see some example pictures.

Nice examples. Not exactly form fitting, but doable. I would probably go either Sabol or custom Battlefoam for a GK army.

I wish the flyer patterns had room for the bases. I hate carrying my bases separate for my bag thats got a double Valkyrie tray.

Actually guys, you could slide the base upside down with the stem in the foam and the base flat across the top. That is how they fit in the Blood Angel Stormraven tray.
Check those out on the BF site if you need to see them with models and bases.
2x Stormraven trays actually can't fit together even in our large trays do to the size of the models and how large they are.
As for the 2 valk trays or 1 valk trays you actually can fit the base in the tray. It's just tricky. Check the site tomorrow and we will upload some new images with our models in the foam with the bases.

What I do in those instances is take some pluck foam and fill in the gaps. It may not actually do anything overall, but it does help ease my mind a bit with some irregularly shaped models.
