I think you need more gang members. Try putting some Juves in there. Also, Boltguns are comparatively expensive.

Your gang is going to be weaponless in a protracted fight. Boltguns have an ammo roll of 6+. If your highly focused on having S4 weapons, go Shotgun's with Manstoppers instead. Much more versatile. I'd cut down on the expensive equipment at the start though and go for a couple of Juves.

You can get the 2 Heavies but only equip 1 with a heavy weapon and save up for another weapon later for the other heavy. That will give you some creds to work with.

Also stay at 9 total gang members or below at the start to maximise your income.

Lastly, a Flamer is a special weapon and cannot be used by normal gangers unless they have the Specialist skill. I'd recommend giving the Flamer to the 2nd Heavy instead.

Boltguns are not good at all, only give it to a good shooter or it's not worth it. It isn't like 40k, because we got dumb meat head goliaths shooting them and not ultramarines.

Get some juves and gangers, BUT DO NOT JUST HAND A JUVE A STUB GUN AND SAY HE"S GOOD TO GO.

You need to read the Rulebook carefully when creating a gang. You can't buy Armor whenever you want, only as a rare trade roll at the trading post after a battle. Also Juves can't use basic weapons until they become gangers at 21xp.
