Can you choose to use your Krak grenades against infantry? ie. my blood claws have been assaulted by the night bringer, and i only have 1 pf to hurt him with. can i use my krak grenades on him instead? much like using a krak missile instead of a frag? I don't have the rulebook with me at the moment, and don't remember if its been covered.

No, you may only use krak grenades against vehicles.
