Lost in Warp... again

Just a few quick questions:

Can passengers in an open topped vehicle (particularly a Dark Eldar Raider) fire on targets? Are they limited to the same targets the vehicle targeted? How many of the passengers can fire? How slow/fast can the vehicle move and the passengers still fire?

I may be looking in the wrong section for these questions, but I can't seem to find the answers anywhere in the rulebook.

Thanks in advance.

Can passengers in an open topped vehicle (particularly a Dark Eldar Raider) fire on targets?

Yes, as long as the vehicle moved no more than 6" that turn.
Are they limited to the same targets the vehicle targeted?

No.
How many of the passengers can fire?

All of them.
How slow/fast can the vehicle move and the passengers still fire?

As mentioned above: up to 6", no matter whether they are fast or not.

Have look at the open topped section and the "fire points" box in the transport section.

The second question is covered in the BRB FAQ:

Q: Must passengers fire at the same target that their
vehicle is firing at? (p66)
A: No, they are a separate unit (albeit they are temporarily
co-existing with the vehicle) and so can fire at a different
target.
