Well, I once saw a rather interesting Tech Marine with a converted Servo-arm - made out of multiple chainswords that had been cut-away at and glued together if I remember correctly. I know that's a vague idea, but I'm sure you could make something out of that idea.

As for actual plastic servo arms.. I'm pretty sure there aren't any.

There is one on the back of the ML devastators back pack. It might not the be the best solution to what you are looking for though.

I made a servo arm by cutting and flipping one of the backpack exhausts, attaching a vehicle stormbolter trunion to it, and some other misc bits.

you'd have to find smoething to use as a claw, but could work for you

You can get the Fabius Bile's chirugeon arms from GW mailorder. Pretty straight forward conversion from there.

these are not too hard to make. the Berzerker hands look mekky enough, and using plastic rods (obainable at LFGS/hobby shops) you can mae good stuff. Also, hunt down a friend who has a guitar: he has an ample supply of broken guitar strings usable as power cable.

Then I am sure there are expendable excess parts that can be used too when cobbled together diabolically. I used a zerker bolt pistol magazine, with some modifications, as a replacement foot on my IWs
