Hello, and welcome!

Come and hear! My and a friend of mine are starting with a not quite so familiar wargame called: Infinity.
I am starting with a faction called: Ariadna. My friend, Kevin, will be taking on the PanOceania.

Every once in a while, when one of us has something worth showing, be it terrain or models it wil be posted.
I'm not going to say that we will update every week, because I know we won't stick to a schedule.
This project is supposed to be fun, and not like a job.

As I'm writing this, our first order of miniatures is inbound, and I expect it in my mailbox within a week or two.
So very soon, there wil be some pictures of unboxing.

Also, I'm working on terrain on which we can do battle.
Pictures of this will be up soon.

So, that is that. Please feel free to comment.

(I'm not sure, but appolagies for any bad English. It is not my first language.)

Greatings, Tim

So here I am again.
To give you guys and gals an idea of what Infinity miniatures look like:
The miniatures below belong to the faction Ariadna

And now for some PanOceania

So there you go!
Some pictures of our own minitures are to follow.

(Note: I do not own any of these pictures shown above, and they are used only for illustrative purposes.)

Looks exciting!

Don't mean to sound patronising, but don't be discouraged if you don't get many replies until you've got some of your own work to put up - I think most people on here will have already heard of the infinity system. I'm looking forward to seeing how you make them your own though!

Agreed. I've got a small Yu Jing & a rather large Pan O force to be painted myself. It'll be good to see someone else's forces as their being painted too ^_^

So here I am again, and this time for some of my own work for once.
The next 3 pics are of a GW terrain piece, the Icarus Lascannon, which you get with the Imperial Bastion kit.

I opted for an old, used look. I wanted to give the impression that the gun had been around for some time,
and not used very recently.
I tried to achieve this effect by giving the gun a dark, washed out green-ish colour,
and using rust effects to give it just that little extra bite of old age.

The gun can stil pivot, turn and tip. So it is still quite posable.
This is a feature I really like in models, especially in terrain pieces.

I personally think it worked out quite nicely.
Please comment, because your opinions are always welcome.

Greetings, Tim
