Do you folks base your attack bikes? What do you use? The big round one? Is a square one acceptable?

well, when I built my bikes they didn't come with bases anyway so I don't think you need to worry about it

Strictly speaking, they should have one, but they don't and putting them on one violates the rules, but non-vehicle models are supposed to be based so that violates another rule.
Cue the dog chasing its tail.
I've seen 50mm square monster bases and 60mm rounds both used for them with no issues even at anal-retentive tournament levels (although our definition of 'anal retentive' and the US version are vastly different. In the US it means 'toilet trained at gunpoint').

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

chicken? egg? chicken? egg? haha
I think I'll put them on 60mm...that ought to give me enough room to decorate it or something.

Catch 22, doing either one automatically voids the other.
In anycase I agree with Djphranq. They've even advertised the 60mm one (particularly the Dreadnought base) for the Attack Bikes on the GW blog once.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do. |

I know it "violates" the rules, but I always put my bikes on bases, I just think it looks better. I've never been hassled by anyone. I suppose it depends on the circles you run in.
