What if in the next iteration of the CSM codex, your army had to focus on ONE of the Chaos Gods (example: If your Daemon prince has MoK...then any other unit you wanted marked would have MoK)?
What god do you think would get the most play? Slaanesh for Fzorgle? Khorne for furious charge? Tzeentch for inv saves? Nurgle for FNP?

No. It would make Undivided armies difficult to field , unless this would mean these being Legion marks and proper Undivided Marks. Basicly: World Eaters all Khorne Marked units or Black Legion Undivided units.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy. |

Yeah, that's no likely to happen.
But for the sake of hypothetical, let's say they FAQed the current codex as-is, except they added the restriction that you can only take god-warriors, and only for one god.
In this case, berzerkers would be the best thing to take. Noise marines are just flat out not as good, while the really low model count of 1ksons causes more detriment than the ++ save they get (lower survivability over all), while the same is true for plague marines. Power weapons and fists stop FNP (and will probably strike first against I3), whereas nothing can stop furious charge.

I'm not too sure what you're saying no to

No to: If your lord has a specific Mark your units can only take that mark.
Yes to: Legion rules and better marks.

Well, its just hypothetical.... what if you had to choose? who do you think would be picked more? maybe lets throw in a fifth choice where your army wasn't marked at all...
EDIT: Put up a poll.

Voted, I love legion rules, where fielding a death guard army gave you some form of bonus.

Wait could I have a Sorcerer of Tzeencth and a Lord of Khorne? Or would I have to just chose 1. But If I had to I'd choose Tzeentch , invunreble saves piss people off. Here is my idea of Legion rules.
Black Legion: Undivided
Word Bearers: Undivided
Alpha Legion: Undivided
Night Lords: Undivided
World Eaters: Khorne
Death Guard: Nurgle
Emperors Children: Slaanesh
Thousand Sons: Tzeentch
By Undivided I mean any mark but the lord must have the Chaos Mark of Undivided. Legions would also have their own unique units.

You would have to choose just one.
Haha I agree on the inv saves pissing people off... I used to face a guy that played a Thousand Sons army... it was a pain in the butt to get rid of his troops. I think FNP would piss people off too.

...I'm all for a return to Legions rules and would have no problem with restrictions/bonuses placed upon playing a mono god army.
Leave the option of "Undivided" for those who wish to use it and bring back the Legions.

If they make it like it used to be (Khorne Lord meant ONLY Khorne Troops, so on, and an Undivided Lord could use all troops) I would rather appreciate that.
But if they make it where if you take an Undivided Lord and then HAVE to use Undivided Troops, that wouldn't be good.

I'd say limit the number of "god specific " troops and Undivided Lord can take.
